Alex Guarnaschelli

Guarnaschelli was born to Maria Guarnaschelli and John Guarnaschelli. Guarnaschelli graduated from Barnard College in 1991 with a degree in art history. A year later, she was paid a minimum wage at an American Place in 1991. Guarnaschelli began her cooking career by working with her mother to experiment with various recipes before making edits to cookbooks. Guarnaschelli began her career with Larry Forgione. Her son Marc Forgione was the Iron Chef. Guarnaschelli continued to be employed at several restaurants throughout France as well as Los Angeles. Guy Savoy owns La Butte Chaillot. Before joining Butter as its chef in charge, she was working for Daniel Boulud at his eponymous restaurant. Before its closure She was also an executive chef at the Darby. She serves as chairperson of the Food Museum's Culinary Council. Guarnaschelli has published her first book in the year 2013. "Old-School Comfort Food": The Way I Learned to cook" includes autobiographical information and favourite recipes from her professional life that she adapted for the home. Alex Alex Alex
